Terms of Use
Last updated: 5 October 2026
These terms apply when you use Meet Sprite, on the web, on iPhone or on Mac. By using it you agree to them. Questions: info@meetsprite.com.
Your account
You need an account and must be at least 16. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Give accurate information.
What Sprites do for you
Sprites act on your instructions: they can read and send email, change calendars and files, fill in websites and operate apps you connected or allowed. You decide what they may access, and you remain responsible for what is done on your behalf, including messages sent and purchases made. Some actions ask for your approval first; check important results before relying on them.
Sprites use AI and can make mistakes. Their output is not professional (legal, financial, medical or tax) advice.
Acceptable use
Do not use Meet Sprite to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam, harass people, access systems or accounts you are not allowed to, get around security or usage limits, or harm the service or other users. Follow the terms of the apps and websites your Sprites use for you. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Your content
Your content stays yours. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not use it to train AI models.
Plans and payment
Some features require a paid plan. Prices and what each plan includes are shown in the app before you buy. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Meet Sprite available and improving, but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or end features; we will tell you in advance of changes that matter.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Meet Sprite is not liable for indirect damage, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending
You can stop using Meet Sprite and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
Law
Belgian law applies. Disputes go to the competent courts in Belgium, without prejudice to the mandatory rules of the country where you live as a consumer.
